Charting the temperatures taken by this thermometer clearly showed me which day I ovulated. It was also clear which day my next cycle would start because of the drop in temperature. I'm not sure how accurate the individual temperatures are though. Every sample BBT chart I am able to find, including the one that comes with the thermometer, has 96.9 as the lowest possible temperature.
